  • What services do you offer?

    We provide a range of services including regular pool cleaning, Casual pool cleaning, maintenance, green pool cleans, chemical balancing, equipment repairs.

  • How often should I have my pool cleaned?

    We recommend regular cleaning at least once a month, depending on pool usage and environmental factors. Our team can help you determine the best schedule for your pool.

  • Do I need to be home during the service?

    No, you don’t need to be home during our service. Many of our customers provide us with access instructions, and we ensure everything is locked up and secure when we leave.

  • How long does a typical cleaning service take?

    Most standard cleaning services take about 1 hour, depending on the size of your pool and the level of maintenance required.

  • How do I know if my pool needs maintenance?

    Signs your pool may need maintenance include cloudy water, algae growth, or equipment malfunction. If you’re unsure, we offer consultations to assess your pool’s condition.

  • How do I schedule a service?

    You can easily schedule a service by contacting us through our website, calling, or sending an email. Our team will work with you to find a convenient time.

Pool Safety Inspections

  • Do I need to register my pool?

    In Queensland, all residential pools must be registered on the QBCC Swimming Pool Register 

  • How long will the inspection take?

    The inspection will take approximately 30 to 60 minutes 

  • What will happen at the inspection?

    Our Pool Safety Inspector will carry out a thorough inspection of your swimming pool or spa and the surrounding areas. This will determine if the area meets the standards. 

  • Do I need to be home for the inspection?

    No. As long as our inspector has safe access to the pool or spa area, you do not need to be present. 

  • What happens if my pool or spa is compliant?

    If your pool or spa is deemed compliant, you will be issued with a certificate of compliance, after your inspection. 

  • What happens if my pool or spa is non-compliant?

    Our friendly inspector will be able to rectify minor issues on the day of inspection (additional charges may apply). 


    If the issues seem a little trickier, you will receive a certificate of non-compliance (form 26) plus a written report for rectifications.  


    Once rectification work is complete, your pool safety inspector returns to check and issue your pool safety compliance certificate.
